📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: It takes 1 to 3 business days to process and package your order before it ships out.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
Aursway is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your package upon arrival. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
🛍️ ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, there is a very small window to make changes. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@aursway.store. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to alter it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as secure checkout options displayed dynamically at checkout.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. The bracelet must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at support@aursway.store with your order number. Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
We are so sorry if this happened! Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged or defective, email us right away at support@aursway.store with your order number and a photo of the damaged bracelet. We will ship out a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
